Powerful software application for editing BEHRINGER Digital Mixers via. Edit several consoles on the same network from just one PC by starting. (Update from X32-Edit 2.0) X32-Edit V2.1 is improving both, the reliability and the synchronization speed with the X32 console. It is reducing the time required for initially connecting to the console and synchronizing from typically 30-40 s down to about 15 seconds (depending on network and PC infrastructure). Launching scenes from X32-Edit on.
I just got a X32 Rack Wednesday. I have been playing with the X32 edit software on both my PC and Mac. They ran perfectly fine while being used in offline mode, however things haven't been working so well when connected. The first issue I noticed was when I try to sync the settings from the console to X32 edit, I get a data file corruption error. It then asks me if I want to try to reconnect. The software gets really sluggish until I restart it. I also noticed that when I go to the EQ on my Mac it shows a spectrum or graph analyzer over top of the channel EQ and I have yet to find a way to turn it off.
My MacBook pro is about 5 years old, so I don't expect blazing performance, but I should be able to transfer settings without issue. My desktop though is running Windows 10 on a 4ghz processor and 24GB OF ram.
This one should have zero issues doing anything I can think of yet it is still having the same data corruption issue. It makes no difference if I connect through the wireless router or with a direct connection.I've also had issue getting it to save a show.
I get right up to the point of naming it but when I try to enter a name or save using the default name, it goes back to the previous screen and doesn't save anything. While I've got the routing figured out pretty well after having reset the console a few times, it would be nice to save a show.

From the console, it just goes back to the previous screen as soon as i touch anything. On the computer, it won't even respond to me clicking on the save show button. I'm thinking I'll check out the firmware as Hugh Suggested.
I would think I have the most current software since I just downloaded it about 2-3 weeks ago, but I'll double check. And as far as USB/FW drivers, are you talking about for my computer or are there special drivers I need for the console? Thanks for the info Sam, I'll check out those forums as well.
